Audrina Bigos is an American journalist who works as the breaking news anchor at WBBM-TV/CBS 2 in Chicago since 2015. Before joining CBS News, Audrina worked as a weekend evening anchor and general assignment reporter for WCCB-TV in Charlotte, NC.
After joining the station as a reporter in 2015, Bigos has been at the forefront of some of the major breaking news stories in Chicago, frequently covering the leading stories on the 10 p.m. news.
Throughout her four-year period at WCCB, she also served as a lecturer at the Carolina School of Broadcasting. Beyond her broadcasting accomplishments, Bigos is a long-time volunteer with the Boys & Girls Club of America. After graduating from USF, Audrina got her first professional break-in Aug 2010 with WUSF-TV Channel 16, Florida Focus in Tampa / St. Petersburg, Florida Area, Florida. She was responsible for anchoring and reporting on ‘ Florida Focus ‘-a daily news show.
There she also produced a 30 minute award-winning documentary on the Florida Department of Children & Families as its senior producer.
