Baeumler is a television host and a business owner. He started as a handyman doing odd jobs for neighbors when he was just 14 years. From 1995 to 2003, he ran an air cargo business. The TV host also founded his own construction company Baeumler Quality Construction and Renovations Inc of which he is the president and CEO.
In addition, he launched Baeumler Approved, a website that helps homeowners connect with home-service companies in Canada. In 2018, Bryan became the spokesperson of HeyBryan, a marketplace app that connects homeowners with home service providers.
The Renovation expert is the owner of Caerula Mar Club, a luxury resort in South Andros, Bahamas, which opened in December 2019. The Luxury resort is one of his renovations works as it was an abandoned beachfront resort that he renovated to what it is today.
