She is widely known for having served as a television and digital weather forecaster and reporter at WFAA in Dallas, Texas. Dionne joined the station in December 2019 and left on December 15, 2021. In addition, before joining WFAA, Kalee worked as a meteorologist at NBC 5 Chicago and 41 Action News in Kansas City, Missouri.

Kalee joined NBC 5 Chicago back in April of 2013 after working for three years as a weather and traffic reporter every morning through Friday on Wake Up Alabama in Birmingham, AL.
