A native of New York City U.S, Maria Bartiromo is an American financial journalist, news anchor, television personality, and author. She worked at CNN as a producer before joining CNBC in 1993 where she worked on-air for 20 years. Bartiromo was the very first television journalist to deliver live reports from the floor of the New York stock exchange. She anchors Mornings with Maria on Fox Business News and Sunday Morning Features on Fox News. She has won a pair of Emmy awards among others.
