Prann began her career in journalism in 2006, when she joined the Fox News Network as a production assistant for On the Record w/ Greta Van Susteren. She worked at the station until 2008 when she left.
In July 2008, Prann joined WJHG, the NBC affiliate in Panama City as a reporter, fill-in anchor, and producer. She left the station in 2010.
