He came into the limelight after participating in season 22 of the NBC reality singing competition The Voice. In addition, Leatherwood auditioned for season 18 of American Idol in 2019 but was not selected for the Hollywood round. Moreover, he formed his own music band in October 2021 named ‘Bryce Leatherwood Band.’

Leatherwood is a musician, country singer, and songwriter from Woodstock, Georgia. In addition, Bryce is the frontman for the Bryce Leatherwood Band which was formed in October 2021. Moreover, the band has been playing regular gigs in the area including at MadLife Stage & Studios in Woodstock. Furthermore, that venue hosted the band’s first ticketed concert in May which was a success. In addition, the singer says that the band combines traditional outlaws and the best of today’s country, sprinkled with a little southern rock and a few originals.
