She was cast in the music video for Panini, Lil Nas X’s song in 2019. Due to her character being unable to escape the rapper, the video gained worldwide popularity and spawned a variety of memes. Moreover, she announced in 2019 that she was publishing and releasing a new book. The book, entitled ‘Reach for the Skai: How to Inspire, Empower, and Clapback’ and was released in October 2019. Later, she voiced Summer in the Netflix animated series Dreamworks Dragons: Rescue Riders which ended in 2020.
She was announced as one of the celebrities competing on the 29th season of Dancing with The Stars on September 2, 2020. It premiered on September 14, 2020, with her partner Alan Bersten. The pair was eliminated 10th on November 16, 2020, after making it through the semi-finals. She voiced a singing bust in Muppets Haunted Mansion in 2021.
